Welcome to the HOME page of Ko te wakaminenga o nga Hapu o Nu Tireni (The Gathering of the Tribes of the New Territories). In Nu Tireni, each Hapu (tribe) stands in its own Tikanga (customs and traditions). Each Hapu is likened to its own individual nation.
We welcome all ethnicities. Regardless of whether you are Native (tangata whenua), or not (tau iwi), you'll be able to find your Tangata (People).

Thanks for visiting our website. As mentioned previously, in Nu Tireni each Hapu stands in their own Tikanga. Each Hapu is united through Tika, Pono and Aroha (Rightfulness, Faithfulness and Love). It is the fruitfulness of our tika, pono and aroha that we're excited to share.
